Rescue :: Turn your old foreign
coins in to cash for local charity
Turn your old foreign coins in to cash for local charity
CavyRescue - the UK's first dedicated rodent rescue - now
have the facility to take defunct coinage (such as French Francs,
Deutschmarks etc) as well as current foreign currency and turn
them in to much needed funds for the Rescue!
The Kent-based charity - which has rescued, rehabiltated and
rehomed over 2,600 'small furries' since its formation in 1999
- is desperately fund-raising to get the money needed to help
them continue their work with small furries and to build a small
animal hospital and rescue centre.
Stella Hulott, co-founder of CavyRescue, says: "If you
have some leftover coins from your holiday, or have some old
defunct coins sitting around in the bottom of our drawers that
you do not know what to do with, please, please pass them on
to us. It won't cost you a penny, but will help us to save lives.
And why not ask your work colleagues, friends and family too
- it will really make a difference."

About CavyRescue:
CavyRescue (registered charity number 1111583) was set up in
1999 by husband and wife team Jason and Stella Hulott. They
have rescued, rehabilitated and rehomed over 2,600 small furries
(guinea pigs, rabbits, hamsters, gerbils), now specialising
in rats. Their aim is to educate individuals and organisations
on small animal healthcare and welfare and we regularly run
successful campaigns to this effect.
